I adored this bride from our first correspondence. She was down to earth, friendly, professional, and just as sweet as can be. Desiree found me through a friend of her's who is one of my past brides, and although we did not officially meet until her wedding day, I enjoyed her wedding as if we were old friends. I cried and everything!
The weather was threatening a deluge, and I prayed for her day to be dry. Thankfully, the sky offered just enough cloud cover throughout the day to make for amazing lighting to compliment her wonderful choice of beauty colors. I could not get over all the details of the wedding, from the paper sail boat place cards, the anniversary "messages in bottles," and the take-away pewter anchor keychains the couple gave to each guest. The nautical theme was everywhere, including the cake by "Cakes By Rachel" which was truly one of the most stunning cakes I have ever seen. I know many years of smooth sailing are ahead of this happy couple. I am thrilled to have captured the memories of the first day of their new life together.
Happy days and blessings to you both, Desi and Jordan! And may you always find beaches full of birds to send flying into the sky!
